This property includes 6.398 acres, a garage in good condition and a home that is not habitable (see below). Frontage is more narrow and extends deep to the rear of the property. This property has the potential to become a lovely home for buyers. Seller has requested that buyers do not approach the property without their Realtor, or the listing agent, if they do not have a Realtor. Measurements of the rooms is very approximate, but square footage is 1328 sf, per tax records. Garage appears to be in fairly good condition.. There is electric and water at the street. NOTE: Buyers have asked to see the home itself, when viewing the property, so we will allow that. This is what I can tell you about the house. Seller has never lived in the house and does not have knowledge of its' condition. From what I understand, and what I have seen, as the listing Realtor, the home is is in deplorable condition with regards to cleanliness. The roof is newer and seems to be in good condition. The electric meter has been removed and the electric would have to be rewired, again, from what I prior buyers discovered, septic is not useable or even able to be inspected. It appears that the flashing leaked and water dripped down on the furnace over time. It is rusted at the front of the unit and I don't know if it is working. There are holes in some of the walls, and some soft areas in flooring. Kitchen cabinets may be able to be salvaged. It looks like there are wood floors under the carpet, and upstairs.
